Wolf's AGM Series low-profile, heavy-duty griddle has a stainless steel front, sides and front top ledge with a "Cool Bullnose" design. The AGM48 has a fully-welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame. There is a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate with a 12-gauge, 4" stainless steel back and tapered side splashes.
